In December 2013, David founded Hightop, drawing upon his extensive 15-year background in
finance and real estate development. Leading Hightop's strategic initiatives, David oversees
acquisitions, development, and property management with a hands-on approach. He collaborates
closely with real estate brokers, financial institutions, design experts, and local community
organizations and municipalities to identify, secure, and execute development opportunities.

David's track record speaks volumes: he has successfully acquired, developed, and entitled
properties valued at over $300 million across the Greater Philadelphia Region.
 

Recognizing the need for comprehensive services, David expanded Hightop's offerings in 2017 by launching two subsidiaries: Hightop Real Estate Brokerage LLC and Hightop Property Management LLC. These additions enhance the firm's vertical integration, providing seamless leasing and efficient property management solutions.
 

A graduate of the University of Delaware with dual degrees in Economics and Finance, David
began his career at Bank of America in Corporate Finance before transitioning to an Investment Banker role at Boenning and Scattergood in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Subsequently, he gained invaluable experience at Stoltz Real Estate Partners, a prominent commercial real estate development firm based in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
